Balsamic Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Brussel sprouts have always been a favorite of mine, and this is an easy side dish for a lunch, dinner, or even a fancy dinner party.

For the Brussel Sprouts: (serves 4-6)
2 pounds brussel sprouts trimmed and quartered
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Technique:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, line rimmed baking sheet pan.
Toss brussel sprouts on sheet pan with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake 18 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Drizzle on balsamic glaze and toss while warm.
Serve warm.
