I am a 28 year old Millennial from the Philadelphia suburbs who has relocated to the North Carolina shore several years ago. I have a creative passion for cooking and baking and like many other Millennials I am finding the value of quality baked goods and nightly meals. I gather inspiration from family recipes, television, the internet and social media and weed through content to develop recipes that I think are fun, interesting, delicious and worthy of the time it takes to make them. I look at recipes and techniques with a modern eye and a realistic perspective.
